Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflow and enhance overall performance.
- Monitor and control costs, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, demonstrating successful leadership and team management.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, materials, and industry trends.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
