Aviation Training & Compliance Lead

Securitas are recruiting for a Part Time Aviation Training & Compliance Lead.

About the RoleAs Lead for Aviation Security Training and Compliance, you will be required to train Security Agents to the CAA Ground Security Operatives (GSO) syllabus. You will also be required to train Team Leaders, Supervisors and Duty Managers to the CAA Ground Security Supervisor (GSS) syllabus, to the required standards detailed by the CAA Quality Assurance Framework for Training Providers. The role will require you to monitor, mentor and audit performance providing the highest level of training and coaching to the Agents.
It will be your responsibility to maintain all the correct documentation associated with training of staff is updated and compliant.
A key focus of the role will be to support the Director Fire Safety & Aviation as required to ensure compliance, including the maintaining of policies in line with legislation set by the DfT and CAA.
