Band 3 Hospital Specialty Administrative Officer

Our Public sector client based in BT8 has a requirement for a Band 3 Hospital Speciality Administrative Officer to join the team
This post is available immediately. The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am - 4.30pm on Friday and available immediately for up to 3 months in the first instance
The post-holder will work within the Hospital Speciality Training team providing support in relation to key areas of work such as recruitment, trainee assessment and regional teaching processes. The post-holder will also support the Hospital Speciality Training Executive Officer and other members of the team with key activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of administration in the department.
The post-holder will be expected to input information accurately into a variety of databases and keep electronic records up to date
To be shortlisted for this role, our client has requested that you need to display that you have the following:
Five GCSE s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths, Grades A - C) or equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy, or Higher Qualification
Relevant experience is defined as working in a business environment undertaking administrative support
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of 11.11 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
