Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Coordinator (RMN/Social Worker) to join a busy team based in West London.

• Community experience desirable.
• minimum 1 year of registered SW/RMN experience.
• Understanding of care coordination under the care programme approach

What we are looking for in a Band 6 Care Coordinator:

• Social Work England/NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work or Mental Health Nursing
