We are looking to recruit Bank Support Workers to join our friendly team in our Day Centre, located Uxbridge Road, Ealing . If you can drive a minibus please mention this on your application form, if not we'd still love to hear from you.
Our services support adults with autism. They have a full and varied programme of activities, geared to their personal needs. All of the support provided at the National Autistic Society is person centred, to enable those whom we support to live and gain independent living skills and access activities within the community. The minibus collects candidates locally and transports them to the Day Centre. Shifts usually start at around 9am and end around 4pm.
Within the centre, programmes balance an extremely wide range of learning and leisure activities that can include vocational skills training , supported employment or education . They also include learning domestic skills and social networking, art, music and performing arts.
You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families.
