As a Banking Finance Assistant (Cashier) within Greene King's Finance Shared Services you will be part of a small team responsible for processing payments from a variety of sources and allocating them within customer accounts.

Your role as a Banking Finance Assistant (Cashier)...

As a Banking Finance Assistant (Cashier) within Greene King's Finance Shared Services you will be part of a small team responsible for processing payments from a variety of sources and allocating them within customer accounts.

• Processing all bank statements to agreed timescales including payment allocation to customers as required
• Prepare bank reconciliations to agreed timescales
• Daily Customer BACs processing including submission of DDI (AUDDIS)
• Daily banking and card processing
• Dealing with day-to-day queries from internal and external customers
• Allocating cash to customer invoices
• Various tasks/projects as required
• Producing reports to ensure everything is being processed correctly.

What you'll bring:

A qualification or understanding of double entry bookkeeping and accounting principles is preferred.
