Ryder Reid Legal is seeking to recruit an experienced business development professional to join the Business Development and Marketing team of our global law firm client in London on a permanent hybrid working basis (3 days in the office/2 days home-working).

The most suitable candidate would be someone with 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services organisation with the ability to produce content for pitches and proposals, oversee the legal directory and awards process, and analyse market and client developments to support revenue generation. Applicants for the position must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.

The role reports to and is mentored by an outstanding Business Development Manager in London.

Job responsibilities include:

• Content and information management - ensure all business development content and information is updated and maintained, such that is available upon request.
• Pitches and proposals - produce to deadline tailored pitch materials and proposals.
• Legal directories and awards - oversee legal directory and awards process for London.
• Connectivity, tracking and analysis - use and share information to drive opportunities.

Interview process: There will be two stages of interview. These will be conducted by HR and Business Development team members.
