Our client is a well-established market leader in supply of medical products and services to UK workforces, which include a variety of high-profile businesses.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer to work out of their Liverpool office to prepare compelling bids and proposals to secure contracts for their occupational health services.

As the Bid Writer, your duties will be:
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their needs and the competitive market.
- Write, edit and format bid documents, proposals and tender responses in accordance with client requirements.
- Develop persuasive and tailored content that highlights occupational health services and expertise.
- Ensure bid submissions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage bid timelines and deadlines effectively.
- Review and refine bid documents based on feedback from relevant internal departments and clients.
- Attend customer sites to assist with pitching and implementing bids directly.
Key Skillls of a Bid Writer:
- Must have a proven work history of Bid Writing, Proposal/Technical Writing, ideally within a Medical or Healthcare sector.
- An understanding of occupational health and safety principles/industry.
- Excellent research/analytical skills.
- Effective project management skills.
- Quality driven
- Fully proficient with all Microsoft packages, and bid management and software tools would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and work with people at all levels.
- Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.
