We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bid Writer who will play a pivotal role in guiding a crucial expansion strategy for the next five years, working closely with a Board Director.
Bid Preparation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for bid proposals.
- Write and edit bid content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial request to final submission.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Customise bid content based on the specific requirements of each opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the construction industry, specifically with SME contractors.
- Strong understanding of SME contracting processes, terminology, and client requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
