Responsibilities:
- Research and gather information to create high-quality bid responses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive bid content.
- Tailor bid responses to meet the specific requirements of social housing projects.
- Ensure all bids are submitted within specified deadlines and comply with tender requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the social housing market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the bid process and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer, preferably with a focus on social housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of social housing policies, regulations, and industry standards.
