Job Description:
As a Bilingual Sales and Dispatch Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing our various selling channels, including online marketplaces, our e-commerce platform, and in-store sales. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. This is a permanent full time position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings on online marketplaces and our e-commerce store, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information and pricing
- Process customer orders received through different channels, including online and in-store purchases
- Pick products from inventory for order fulfilment and prepare them for shipment
- Print shipping labels, ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns or questions
- Assist customers in-store by providing product information, offering recommendations, and completing sales transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language with preferred languages being: Polish, Hindi, Cantonese/Mandarin, Turkish. Other language speakers are welcome to apply.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in administrative, office or sales roles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using a computer
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- A genuine interest in delivering exceptional service to customers

We offer:
- Annual salary of £23,900 - £28,000
- 28 days holiday allowance (bank holiday inclusive)
- Consistent work pattern being Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
- 45min break
