Billing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a new exciting Billing Assistant position, working in the London office of a highly respected US law firm.

Reporting into the Billing Supervisor and working as part of the close-knit finance team, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the full billing process. This will include monitoring the departmental inbox, responding to queries, handling requests, requesting approval, providing reports, producing bills and assisting administratively.

Suitable applicants will be degree educated (ideally in a related discipline such as maths, finance, business, economics etc) and have a strong interest in commencing a career within a busy finance department. This role is also open to those with circa 6-12+ months of professional work experience who are keen to learn and develop within an international law firm environment; full training will be provided.

A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits and hybrid working arrangements.
