Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the billing team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to address billing-related inquiries and provide support.
- Provide guidance and training to billing team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Profile
The Successful Candidate Requires:
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in billing or related finance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in billing systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- The ability to work independently and within a team
