As a Billing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, overseeing the billing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the billing team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of billing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to address billing-related inquiries and provide support.
  • Provide guidance and training to billing team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Profile

The Successful Candidate Requires:

  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in billing or related finance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in billing systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
