With an ever-changing controls market, we have the in-house expertise to be able to integrate Building Energy Management Systems with the industry leading control manufacturers currently available. We are also fluent with the many different market communication Protocol's and our independence provides impartiality when selecting the correct control solution to best fit our client's cost and application needs.
We have successfully been monitoring and reducing our client's buildings energy usage and associated costs by using the most up to date state of the art technology, to create an energy efficient user-friendly control solution.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Verify customer design input and fully review client technical specifications.
- Manage a team of engineers.
- Ensure the customer is satisfied with the design specifications.
- Ensure all the necessary financial processes are initiated.
- Plan project, outlining time and budgets- getting sign off with all the appropriate parties.
- Order materials, assign resources.
- Hold progress reviews at timely and critical intervals throughout the project.
- Represent the RES professionally at client meetings and other meetings in service of the project.
- Generate strong rapport with client project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Set up and manage a great team of subcontractors
- Ensure the project is delivered on time on budget to the clients satisfaction. Be prepared to report progress to internal stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in BMS Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Client driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant software and systems (Distech, Trend, Tridium) Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Great project management skills
