You will be responsible for creating and managing client’s orders from first point of contact through to off-hiring, invoicing and assisting with the daily logistics of organising drivers and vehicles into their runs for the day.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role that thrives on excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail and teamwork. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth support of productions for all the big brands and broadcasters like: Nike, John Lewis, Sony, Amazon, Netflix, BBC, ITV, SKY.
We are a well-respected company known for going above and beyond to help our customers have a successful shoot, so this role requires a compassionate and people-focused person.
So, who are you?
You may have a year or 2 in the industry, as a runner or perhaps have experience in a similar role with the ability to learn quickly. Training is provided.
Ideally, you would have a proven history of working in a customer-focused, time-sensitive and detail-oriented role. You will need to be able to work with a team to respond quickly and calmly to last-minute changes in priorities. The successful candidate will have these attributes:

Key Duties:
+ Providing first-rate customer care to a range of clients and stakeholders
+ Excellent communication skills, both in email and over the telephone
+ Using our bespoke systems to book orders and organise deliveries
+ Providing customers with advice and technical support to help them run successful shoots
+ Managing orders from quote stage through to scheduling delivery and collection
+ Acting as first point of contact to resolve any customer queries or complaints, escalating where appropriate
+ Providing remote out of hours customer care (on a rota system - approx 1 week per 6 weeks)
+ Accurately preparing, sending and processing quotes, invoices and loss & damage reports
+ Navigating stock allocations and shortages to ensure orders can be fulfilled
+ Liaising with our warehouse and drivers to manage and monitor orders
+ Generating invoices and using online payment system to request and process payments
+ Assisting the Logistics Manager with the daily logistics of organising drivers and vehicles
+ Performing other general administrative tasks when required
+ Understanding our key sustainability objectives and representing that to our clients
Key Skills:
+ Confident and professional telephone manner
+ Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages Outlook, Excel and Word
+ Unparalleled attention to detail is essential
+ Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
+ A proactive and patient approach to handling customer enquiries
+ Confident memory and knowledge retention, anticipating customer needs and requirements
+ A team player with a sunny disposition and positive can-do attitude
+ Knowledge of the London area and the industry / client base is beneficial but not essential.
