Your responsibilities will include:

* Undertaking essential bookkeeping tasks, such as bank reconciliations and processing purchase/sales invoices for our diverse client base.

* Preparing quarterly VAT returns with precision and ensuring compliance.

* Collaborating with the team to contribute to the preparation of comprehensive management accounts that support the clients’ success.

* Reconcile supplier statements.

* Collate and process expenses.

* Post monthly payroll journals.

* Credit control on behalf of clients.

* Ensure accurate statements are sent to customers.

* Demonstrating exceptional time management skills by efficiently prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

* Offering excellent client support through telephone, email, and other communication channels.

Skills needed:

You will be a confident Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills, and proficiency in cloud-based software such as Xero is a definite advantage. Knowledge of management accounts would also be advantageous.

Whether you seek full-time or part-time work (with a minimum of 25 hours per week spread over 5 days. A hybrid work arrangement to accommodating your needs is available.
