Bookkeeper

We are working with a growing property business based in the heart of Northampton who are looking to hire a time-served bookkeeper who will play a crucial part in the finance department. The successful candidate will be detail-orientated and organised, ready to hit the ground running from day one.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm (hours can be flexible)
* 20-hours per week
Duties:
* Data entry of financial transactions into the accounting systems
* Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
* Assist with account payables and receivables
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department
Requirements and Qualification:
* Accounting qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, AAT (preferred)
* Experience in an administrative or accounting role
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication skills
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Particularly Excel)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
