We are excited to be working with an expanding global media company looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with full study support and the opportunity to work in a great, ambitious team.
This role is well-suited to an ambitious accounting professional looking to continually develop and grow their skill set.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of payroll to clients.
• Work closely with the Payroll Manager to handle all payroll-related tasks.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to streamline processes.
• Enhance client satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
• Use accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and QTAC to perform bookkeeping and payroll tasks.

The successful candidate

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, QTAC).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Studying or interested in studying your AAT/ACCA
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience of music, film, tv, creative clients will be an advantage but not essential. A passion for music is a must!!
• Commutable distance to Central London for hybrid working.
