We are on an exciting journey of growth?which has opened up a new opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our thriving team in Leeds. You will report to the current Operations Manager, and will take responsibility for directly line managing a number of vibrant consultants.
The successful applicant will be someone who can operate at a senior level and demonstrate a natural ability to inspire and lead others, alongside an ability to build and maintain a successful desk through the building of meaningful and long lasting relationships with both clients and educators. A Branch Manager should lead by example, demonstrate our company's core values and always be a strong ambassador for Teaching Personnel.

You will drive growth across the branch and inspire your team to do the same, through leading from the front, effective coaching and people management skills.
As a Branch Manager you will be expected to:
- Lead, develop and motivate a passionate team of recruitment consultants
- Embed and manage effective practices and ways of working
- Ensure productivity and create a positive working atmosphere
- Maintain and protect the welfare and wellbeing of team members
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, senior leadership teams and your fellow Branch Managers to achieve your strategic goals.
- Manage and oversee client relationships and business development
- Ensure educator recruitment and attraction is meeting supply demands and always maintaining consistent quality
- Meet quality and compliance expectations ensuring that policies are adhered to at all times and the highest standards of safeguarding are met
Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- A strong work ethic and the ability to lead from the front
- Embedded beliefs in teamwork, quality and integrity
- Strengths in all core business streams
- Always improving attitude with a desire to learn and improve current performance/behaviours
- Passion for wellbeing and providing support to team members specifically around work placed health and mental health
- Effective organisation, strategic planning and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt and change methods as required
