Branch Manager – Stevenage / Welwyn Garden City
Salary: 35–40k, PLUS realistic 40% uncapped bonus
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

The Role:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for hitting the branches revenue targets and growing Adecco market share by:
Analysing, monitoring, and delivering on key metrics and KPIs for the branch and reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts in the branch.Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the Adecco way to ensure objectives are achieved.Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.You will be adept at adopting a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.Integral to this role is the ability to generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships. You will ideally have a track record in cultivating leads, expanding client portfolios and contributing significantly to team success through strategic business development initiatives.
