A vacancy exists for a Branch Office Manager based at the Union’s Kegworth Office.

The principal duties are: to manage a Branch Office and provide information and assistance to members. The post will also involve providing administrative support and supervising the work of clerical staff.
The successful applicant will possess: the ability to manage and motivate staff; the ability to communicate clear expectations of performance and behaviour and address breaches firmly and fairly; the ability to work harmoniously in a small team and with individual colleagues; the ability to respond to change, and be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the job and the Union; the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and have well-developed planning and organisation skills; the ability to suggest improvements to systems of working.
