Introduction to role:
Join our dynamic Oncology Business Unit as a Brand Manager for Breast Oncology. With our franchise set to grow significantly over the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our journey. We are looking for an individual with marketing experience, preferably in oncology, and a working knowledge of the NHS environment.
Accountabilities:
As a Brand Manager, you will lead the planning and development of brand operational plans, as well as the tactical delivery of assets/activities in line with brand strategy. You will engage with leading clinical experts in the field of breast cancer, as well as other key stakeholders and decision makers. You will also ensure that marketing programmes are monitored regularly to measure quality and impact, and ultimately improving eligible patient access to our medications.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Degree qualified
Pharmaceutical marketing experience
Working knowledge of NHS environment in the field of Oncology
Good understanding of the UK environment and specialist care
Strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice and its implication to marketing materials/programmes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team ethic and personal drive
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience in oncology marketing
Proven track record in brand management
