Role Overview:
As a Build-to-Rent Block Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and resident experience within our prestigious developments in Central London. From ensuring impeccable property maintenance to nurturing a sense of community, you'll be instrumental in creating a desirable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and resident services.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and security measures to uphold the well-being of residents and the property.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional services and amenities.
- Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal occupancy levels.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance initiatives to uphold property standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expenditure forecasts in alignment with company goals.
- Stay abreast of market trends, resident preferences, and industry developments to enhance the resident experience and property performance.
- Proven experience in property management, preferably within the build-to-rent or residential sector.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for enhancing the resident experience.
- Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, prioritise effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing residential property management.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field preferred.
