Information on the role
- Develop detailed Mechanical AND/OR Electrical MEP system designs for Commercial & Industrial properties using CAD; systems include HVAC, Plumbing, & Fire protection systems
- Conduct project estimates for said MEP projects
- Advocate for renewable energy solutions in the MEP designs
- Projects vary from between £50K - £2million in value
- Collaborate with Architects, Structural Engineers & stakeholders as to integrate systems seamlessly
- Monitor project costs & identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Engage with clients, understanding their needs & explaining the benefits of Renewable Energy incorporation
What we’d like from you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proven Mechanical or Electrical Design Experience & Estimation within MEP projects
- Experience working on projects varying between £50K - £2million
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
