If so, we ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Building Services Manager to join us in Chelmsford, Essex!

About the Role

As Building Services Manager, you ll provide technical support to the business, managing the various Mechanical & Electrical elements throughout the tender period design development, site installation, commissioning, and aftercare. You ll ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract requirements whilst promoting and achieving our Perfect Delivery philosophy throughout the project.

About You

As our Building Services Manager, we d like you to be educated to HNC level in a relevant discipline and have previous experience with Tier 1 contractor, with some experience of pre-construction. With a full understanding of detailed M&E procedures, you ll have a sound level of technical and professional expertise and the ability to understand and interrogate M&E design, installation, and commissioning programmes.

A full UK driving licence is also essential.
