The successful Building Surveyor's role
The incoming Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in groundbreaking projects that are at the cutting edge of sustainability, formulating strategies to lessen energy use and carbon footprints, thereby mitigating environmental impacts.
The appointed Building Surveyor will collaborate with an energetic team of professionals who share a zeal for sustainability, including architects, engineers, and designers, all committed to making a difference.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- Ideally MRICS accredited, though not mandatory
- Should be degree qualified, preferably with an RICS-accredited background
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction consultancy environment
- Proficient in client engagement
- A proficient communicator - adept in both written and verbal exchanges
- Capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects
