Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, we want you to:
- Build lasting relationships with businesses, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Lead the sales process, closing deals and achieving ambitious targets.
- Leverage your expertise to provide insightful consultations and give expert advice (full product training and support given).
- Convert inbound enquiries within a 5-minute turnaround time, as time is money!
- Contact all enquiries promptly, striving to find alternative contact details when necessary.
- Exceed individual and team targets and prove that you're the best.
- Manage your own Accounts, gaining referrals and work on direct sales channels.
- Represent the business with enthusiasm and professionalism and come up with innovative solutions to close the sale.
- Successfully manage a large pipeline of B2B opportunities with diligence and care, ensuring accurate contact levels and management of call backs
- Build rapport with existing clientele and prospects to encourage repeat business and lasting relationships.
- Aim to overachieve against target and KPI expectations as set by the company.
- Complete feedback and update reports from office providers in a quick and timely manner
- Ensure a good level of product knowledge of the flexible office sector (full training and support given if you’re not within the sector, so previous experience not essential).
- Attend viewings with clients.
- Work in collaboration with other team members.
- Attend set provider-led after-work events and participate in networking opportunities, always representing the company in a professional manner and acting in the best interest of the company brand.
Requirements
- Able to work from our CRM system (preferred experience in Salesforce, but not essential)
- A great command of English, a keen level of organisation skills and able to maintain a daily schedule
- Lead negotiations in a consultative way, offering the very best customer service within B2B sales
- Building relationships within the flexible office sector
- Ownership of the whole sales process from lead > deal > aftercare
- Ensure pipeline and daily tasks are managed effectively
- Confirm viewings, make pre and post tour calls to both client and office provider
- Achieve and exceed KPI's:
- Detail orientated qualification and build rapport, encouraging long standing relationships
- Opportunity to completed viewing stage
- Completed viewing to deal stage
- Price comparison and advisory support after viewing stage
- Account manage key accounts
- Nurture existing clientele to encourage growth opportunities and repeat business
- Exploring referral opportunities with every lead
