Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for both maintaining and increasing LBTC’s year-on-year sales revenue.
Primary responsibilities:
1. To encourage course bookings by promptly responding to enquiries from prospective delegates.
2. To identify suitable sources of leads and/or platforms for lead generation.
3. To establish productive professional relationships with HR / Training departments of key client accounts, with a view to provide ongoing support in the identification of relevant training courses to address their employees’ training needs.
4. To undertake business trips to, and organize marketing events, in targeted geographical markets – with the intention of developing and maintaining key client accounts in said markets.
5. To devise, submit, follow-up and implement, proposals for bespoke services.

Qualification
Undergraduate-level degree in Business / Management.
Experience
Previous experience in sales role.
