Location: London with regular travelling

Type: Permanent full-time

Salary: £55k - £75k

We are a leading E-Cigarette wholesaler. We are committed to creating an international new tobacco brand, building a global technology company with leading technology, and providing high-quality and safer traditional tobacco substitutes for smokers.

We have been developing for 15 years in the international markets within 104 countries and become Top 3 in the e-cigarette industry. There are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing. We stick to the orientation of high-quality products and great customer service, not just selling products. In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.

Due to our continuous growth and expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Key Account Manager, who is London based or would like to relocate to London / lives within commutable distance.

We expect a self-motivated, team-spirited professional who enjoys the young, dynamic and entrepreneur culture and share company value and scope which is to put customers’ need as the core of its business driving force.

Key responsibilities:

Ø Developing trust relationships with major FMCG / Vape Specialist clients

Ø Obtain sales order from the customers

Ø Obtain retail resources and detailed data by reasonable investments

Ø Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Ø Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Ø Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Ø Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using Key Account metrics.

Requirements:

Ø Ability to communicate effectively and prioritise

Ø Results driven mindset and proactive

Ø 3 years minimum relevant working experience

Ø Passionate, engaging and committed to success

Ø Strong planning and organisation skills

Ø Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ø Comfortable with multitasking, playing multiple roles and dealing with ambiguity
