The KAM New Business role is primarily focussed on winning and retaining New Business opportunities across direct and indirect supplied On Trade Draft opportunities. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Sitting alongside a NAM On Trade Wholesale & an Account Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing beer brands in the UK and work directly alongside an experienced Commercial Director; whether you want to move into a NAM or RSM role one day, you will get plenty of chances to expand your skills by co-piloting larger New Business meetings with the UK’s major On Trade accounts e.g. Fullers, Stonegate etc.
The KAM NB will start with a clean slate & develop their own target database, with several leads coming from the rest of the team.
Responsibilities include:
Winning and retaining New Business opportunities across direct and indirect supplied On Trade Draft opportunities & HORECA opportunities
Minimum requirement to achieve x5 net new draft listings per month, with a quarterly bonus in place upon exceeding this target [Bonus Target @x20 Net New Listings/Quarter]
Building strong relationships with customers to grow sales, protect our company reputation and express the breweries values to our customers
Hosting tastings and events within newly won and prospective customers
Targeting London/Inside the M25 on a regular basis and organising prospecting visits further afield subject to opportunities which may arise
Assisting with sales administration, POS distribution and upkeep on our CRM system
Weekly sales and progress reporting to the Commercial Director
Representing the brewery at ad hoc events and festivals
Planning sales strategy alongside the Commercial Director
