Key areas of responsibility:
- Proactively respond to prospects to generate sales opportunities
- Give product demonstration to prospect clients (remotely or on-site)
- Provide system training on site mainly UK and Ireland (remotely or on-site)
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and stock management
- Preparing proposals including project plan
- Assist with trade shows and other events (when needed)
- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for further business
- Log any sales or repairs entry in the CRM system
- Providing support calls and taking orders on phone
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years in a similar role, ideally sales and support experience
- Highly motivated with proven track records in sales
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn, understand products and solutions as well as convey value propositions
- Quick thinker with strong multi-tasking capability
- Ability to see things from others’ perspective and support prospects in their journey
- Familiarity with public transport ticketing
- Understanding of technology tools such as APIs, Website wireframes, CRM, Android etc...

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
