Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving sales growth.
Duties:
Sales monitoring with existing partner’s and communicate with our external sources who provide IT support.
- Increase way of Sales Revenue, and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities to make improvements to business processes within individual functions.
- Problem solves, make decisions, and accept responsibility for own actions.
- Support to existing all client’s as well as community based who needs more business advice to reduce their business overhead cost.
- Advises on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and future vacancy creation.
- Provide reports for the management team as required.
. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and trends to drive business decisions
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus

Pay: £38,700.00-£39,000.00 per year
