Main Accountabilities
Applications - issue monthly and proactively chasing FMs for POs
Carry out Extra Works invoicing
Chasing invoices for completed works to reduce Purchase Order WIP accruals
Housekeeping on all Purchase Order's when reviewing WIP for Extra Works
Invoice Approvals - ensuring all works complete and making sure we have the paperwork.
Workbench Invoices - queries turned around before invoice goes overdue
POC Tracker - full accurate detail and understanding of the semi comp element to ensure we are challenging
Sunbelt Rentals - monthly review of consolidated invoices making sure that all costs are captured
Proactive approach to WIP (Work in Progress)
Loss Making Analysis
Low Margin Analysis
PO Accruals on both invoiced and to be invoiced work orders
