Job Description: As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and installers.
- Handling and managing paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely lodgements on accreditaion portals.
- Assisting various departments with administrative tasks to streamline operations.
- Maintaining organised records of transactions, communications, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in keyboarding and data entry
- Demonstrate polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in using office software and tools.
- Familiarity with green energy or construction industry practices is a plus.
- Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to embodying and adhering to our office culture and being a team player.
