We are a dynamic and forward thinking IT Business looking for an experienced Office Administrator. You must be independent, proactive and have an appetite for hard work. We are an IT services business delivering technical solutions to the business community across the country.
The role is very varied and will include responsibility for:
- General office administration activities, including producing documents in Word, data analysis in Excel and keeping customer files in an orderly manner.
- HR - managing the recruitment process, facilitating induction procedures and dealing with employee performance.
- Financial management and reporting, including administrative matters such as billing, basic book-keeping and invoicing.
- IT functions and office equipment management.
- Managing utility contracts, maintenance and keeping the office clean/tidy.
- Staff holiday rotas and dealing with absence requests.
- Assisting with the preparation customer proposals and supporting the sales team
- Business development and marketing
The ideal candidate must have:
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Pro-active, self-starter who is adaptable and able to manage workloads
- Strong IT skills
This is a full-time post, working from 9:00am until 5:30 pm (one hour lunch break from 1-2 pm) and is available immediately.
