An exciting opportunity for a confident self- motivated organised individual, to join a established Finance brokerage firm. Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in admin or finance environment.
- Helping to manage calls and organise appointments
- Help promote companies’ social media profile and output
- Requirement of attending allocated networking events & trade expos
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status ·
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- Produce quotations for new and existing insurance policies
- Liaise with clients directly to assist and resolve general enquiries
- Obtaining, maintaining and submitting supporting client paperwork for compliance
- General administration
- Invoicing
Person Specification
- Ideally 6 months plus mortgage administration experience (experienced administrator from other industries will be considered)
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- The ability to work with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Ability to learn quickly the various systems used by mortgage and life insurance providers and our own network.
- Minimum C's in Maths and English.
Hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits include generous quarterly and annual discretionary bonus, some scope of working from home, contributory pension scheme, 20 days annual leave (please note office is closed on all bank holidays and extended period during Christmas & New year period).
