Your role here will be managing customer order processes from beginning to end UK and worldwide, liaising with high profile clients, managing the bespoke in house system and ensuring orders are fulfilled within time frames, liaising with all departments internally and creating reports through Excel.
It's important the Administrator coming into this role has a level of customer service experience but also comes from a business administration background. Order processing experience would be a huge bonus but full training will be provided.
Personality wise; someone who is adaptable, flexible, happy to get stuck in and has the appetite to want to take on more and be successful with a small business is a dream come true for them.
