Business Administrator Apprentice Level 3
An exciting opportunity to work in the Logistics sector with a prestigious Freight company in the Hounslow area as a Business Administrator Apprentice.
Duties will include:
Liaising with and providing administrative supportDeal with enquires from new and existing customersData entryDrafting and sending professional correspondence via post and emailAlways provide first class customer service when representing the businessAddress incoming phones calls in a timely and polite manner. Coordinating social media handlesDeal with queries and provide correct information and forward calls to appropriate person.Take and deliver messages accurately and completelyOrganise courier deliveriesProducing invoices and resolving any subsequent invoice queriesPrepare correspondence and documentsFile documents accurately, including archiving old and out of date filesMaintain equipment and report any malfunctionsMonitor control and order office suppliesOrganise meeting schedules, informing participantsKeep reception and office area clean and neat
*****The role is now offered to support management and the professional services team. This will involve working with more senior team doing desk work and in some cases with a team and external customers*****
You will be working towards your Level 3Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
