They are looking for a presentable and trustworthy administration assistant to come in and support the business operations and running the office. The role:
Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm
Friday, 9am - 2pm
Looking after the website and social media platformsCustomer ResearchOrganising meetings and taking minutesTaking payments Speaking with Customers & clientsGiving out quotation’sLearning about the company’s products All general admin dutiesScanningFilingAnswering incoming calls, taking messagesArranging hire equipmentUpdate SpreadsheetsRaising estimates
The training you will receive:
Level 3 Business Administration qualificationAll training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Functional skills in English & maths if required
Future prospects:
Opportunity for a permanent position once the apprenticeship programme has been successfully completed
Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade 9 - 4) desirable
