A quickly established leading recruitment consultancy, able to tailor their services to meet the needs to a wide range of clients, from large Blue Chip companies to small SME companies nationwide. They are a team of experienced and trained consultants who specialise in the type of role they recruit for and pride themselves in being able to offer candidates and clients the industry expertise they need
The role:
Monday to Friday - Hours to be agreed
Total number of hours/week - 39
Registration leadsArranging interviewsPrioritising candidatesCampaignsAdvising candidatesLiaise with occupational healthTo lead internal/external audits/liaise with auditorsTo understand all areas of the businessUtilise emails, phone calls and post as means of contactMarket complianceArranging interviews.
The training you will receive:
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Qualification. ( Level 3)Full on-the-job training will be delivered. Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent).
Future prospects:
There is the opportunity to develop and progress within the organisation if the apprenticeship is completed successfully.

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
