About the role:
The Operations team is looking for an Apprentice to join the team and provide support across the department. The Apprentice will take part in a Business Administration Level 3 course. This position will be mainly based within Facilities, but also working within Reception, Archiving and the wider Operations team.
Main Responsibilities:
Working as part of the Facilities Team to handle day-to-day administration and associated duties to run the office. Duties vary and include:
- Reprographics – printing, scanning and finishing documents.
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Meeting room set up and configuration.
- Stationery, catering and office supplies – maintaining stock levels.
- Maintenance – health and safety checks.
Working with the Reception Team to provide client care and support within the meeting rooms including:
- Maintaining the reception area.
- Greeting visitors and servicing meetings.
- Handling telephone calls.
- Booking couriers.
Working with the Archivist to assist with maintaining client records and documentation. Duties include:
- Helping with archiving projects.
- Providing cover for the archiving email inbox.
There will also be the opportunity to assist the Operations Director and Senior Operations Manager with projects, including some relating to their B Corp certification and Climate Programme initiatives.
Their social and environmental impact is important to them as a firm and the Operations team play a key role in helping the firm to minimise its carbon footprint and have a positive impact on the planet and society.
Specific tasks may change over time, so they will need you to be adaptable as they continue to meet their clients’ needs.
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as required.
