Recruitment Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team.

The role:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Contacting and taking calls from our clients and contractorsMaking phone calls and receiving callsAnswering phone queries from staff, applicants and clientsProcessing and calculating weekly time sheet hoursInputting hours on spread sheetWelcoming staff to the office with new applicants, interviewing them on their roles before we register them for workDealing with weekly payrolls and putting job hour on the system for bookings
The training you will receive:
Level 3 Business Administration qualificationAll training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Functional skills in English & maths if required
Future prospects:
Potential contract extension or full employment
Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Desirable
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Desirable
