About the role:
The position is primarily responsible for providing essential support to the European Operations Teams in terms of performing daily administrative duties, managing budgets, forecasts & contractor finances and compiling performance reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and maintaining meeting calendars to support the Operations Team
- Assist with the management of contractor payments and receipting of invoices on Salesforce.
- Raise and track contractor and vendor project purchase orders.
- Schedule and attend regular contractor meetings for budgeting and invoicing updates.
- Work closely with Zayo finance to manage 3rd party invoice payments.
- Assist in compiling reports from the project/purchase order database.
- Develop and maintain reports on contractor workloads and deliverables.
- Assist with the management of Operations Streetworks registers and licenses for contractors.
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
Skills:
- General understanding of the Telecoms Industry would be preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate - Word, Excel, Google documents, Google Drives.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated but also a team player
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Must be able to prioritise workload in a fast moving environment and manage demands on time.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
