Business Administrator - Based in Stockport
£25000-£28000 + Benefits
Site based Business Administrator is required to join a large Building Services Company and assist in the running of the project site, ensuring the administration function runs smoothly and the high standards of the company are always met. Having been around for over 50 years, this role is the perfect opportunity for an administrator looking for a role with a clear path for further development.
Experience required
- 3+ years minimum experience in a business administration position
- Knowledge of the building services or facility management market beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ideally a full driving license
- Ability to work effectively independently and to project deadlines.
The key duties will include
- Ensuring the administration function of the project site runs smoothly and work is scheduled correctly.
- Ensuring all engineers are aware of the work required whether PPM or Reactive.
- That materials from suppliers are ordered in time and the client receives a high level of customer service on all matters.
- Attending on-site meetings and providing administrative support to the management function of the business.
- Work independently from head office, ensuring all issues are escalated through the right channels.
