Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Administration Assistant. This is a 3-month contract position with full time hours.
- Umbrella set up.
- Hourly rate of £16.00
- Hybrid working pattern between home and our clients office (Glasgow or Perth).
- 37 Hours a week.
The role: Help with tasks such as; diary management, organising meetings, travel booking, basic slide preparation, sending out communications, team invites and general admin support for the management team.
Experience & Skill set required:
- Administration experience ideally from a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365).
- Good attention to detail.
