    • How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

      You will immediately be an important part of a dynamic team. As a start up we work at pace and every day is different. The role will include responsibilities and ownership of projects, that may be both client specific or operational. Examples would be developing our user support process, establishing quality control practices, or developing and deploying client reporting needs.


      Home-based working as part of a dynamic team is not for everyone. It requires autonomy, drive and a passion to work both on your own and closely with the team.

      The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

      Most important is the maturity and drive to succeed.

      Candidates will need to show exceptional organizational and communication skills

      Experience of analytics is required and some experience of Microsoft PowerBI would be desirable

      Ability to be able to work as part of a team and on your own

      Analytical and inquisitive mind-set

      Proven ability to pick up new things and new technologies essential
