Requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills• Customer-focused with a focus on good outcomes• Analytical skills to analyze data• Experience with Excel and MI reporting systems• Basic knowledge of insurance• High level of drive and personal commitment• Experience adhering to QA guidelines in a regulated environment• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment• Proficient in MS Tools and PowerPoint• Experience managing stakeholders and working in cross-functional teams
