Client Relationship Manager - Cornwall£30,000 - 40,000 Salary - 2-3 Days per week onsiteClient relationship Manager required for a leading client based in Cornwall. My client is currently seeking a client relationship manager to come on board to lead a small team of Client Relationship Executives, infusing the role with your energy and enthusiasm. Your natural ability to quickly connect with client stakeholders will be a key asset. Not only will you bring this vibrancy to client interactions, but you'll also embody it as a leader. Your role involves providing direction, support, and coaching to your team, and representing the Client Relationship unit within the broader Management Team of the company. This position entails close collaboration with some of the company's Enterprise Accounts.We're seeking a candidate who is ambitious, solution-oriented, and adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. A proven track record in a fast-paced environment, along with a history of setting and achieving ambitious goals, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are a must for success in this role.Key skills,Serve as the line manager for the members of the Client Relationship Team.Conduct regular one-to-one employee appraisals following company policies.Represent the Client Relationship Team within the Management Team, providing updates to Senior Management and disseminating company initiatives, decisions, plans, and targets to the Client Relationship Team.Ensure compliance of the Client Relationship Team with company procedures and guidelines.Support and actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of staff for the Client Relationship Team.Create progress reports for clients and Senior Management within the company.Assist less experienced colleagues by providing training and guidance, identifying and addressing their training needs.Act as an escalation point for handling client complaints, addressing such matters in a calm, non-confrontational, and courteous manner.Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the company's products and services.Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and act as a liaison between clients and the Technical Team.Maintain diligence to ensure the renewal of all contracts upon expiration.Guarantee that clients receive services aligning with their budget and fulfilling their requirements.Visit and host clients to establish strong connections and nurture a proactive "can-do" mindset.The salary/package for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience, with excellent benefits and flexible working opportunities.Interested?
