Business Analyst - Finance Transformation sought for an initial six month contract based in Birmingham City Centre on a hybrid basis, outside IR35.
You will work closely with the Reporting Lead to understand, document and design processes and reports that will deliver against the businesses reporting requirements.
Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of Finance Transformation especially FP&A process improvement, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Good understanding of a software business's management reporting and KPI requirements; reporting strategy, design, and rationalisation; and of leading practice planning and budgeting processes and capabilities (i.e. zero based, driver based, and predictive planning).
- Proven finance implementation experience (e.g. order to cash, purchase to pay, record to report), within complex large-scale programs.
- Awareness of industry trends and best practices within EPM
- Process design experience: workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping.
- Stakeholder management, including working with senior stakeholders and facilitating decision making.
- Experience of working with technical teams on build and testing.
