The role is an incredibly varied Business and Private PA position.  You will be responsible for supporting a UHNWI ensuring the seamless running of their lives in all aspects.

The assistant we are looking for is down to earth, flexible, discreet, loyal and honest. German language is preferred and French is desirable.

The role:

• Being the main point of contact for Principal and his wife on personal and administrative matters.
• Ability to flag up priorities and handle requests in an efficient and accurate manner
• Managing calendars, including scheduling calls / meetings across different time zones
• Arranging in-person meetings by reserving rooms
• Arranging complex travel and detailed itineraries to include private and commercial flights for the Principal and his wife when required.
• Arranging any visas, currency, stop overs, hotel reservations, cars or transport required
• Coordinating payments for invoices and expenses for the Principal, his wife and / or the Family Office
• Maintaining insurance for cars, health, medical, home and contents etc.
• Performing clerical duties
• Keeping the office tidy, stocked, and organised
• Arranging any private events / entertainment / dinners, on request
• Other errands, maintenance issues, research and ad-hoc tasks
• Support outside of normal hours when urgent
